Cosmo Jazz: top concerts!
The high-altitude concerts take place during the day at sites chosen by the festival for the majestic scenery and exceptional panoramas they offer to lovers of contemplation. The concerts fit in as naturally as possible, and the artists who perform there are programmed according to the location and the music that each natural context inspires the organizers, fueled by the desire to share with visitors a feeling of elevation in the airs of the Alps and music.
The concerts are free, but spectators have the opportunity to support the festival by buying souvenirs: bracelets, glasses, T-shirts, etc.
Access to the sites is generally via the ski lifts, which charge a fee. Spectators are advised to allow for the necessary travel time, which is indicated on the festival website. For each concert at altitude, a "bad weather" solution will be considered. These will be communicated via the festival website and facebook.
In the early evening, from 5pm, it's concert time in the center of Chamonix! Parc Couttet becomes the focal point of the festival, hosting the large covered stage from July 22 to 27, 2024, for concerts from 5pm to 11pm. In this verdant setting in the heart of Chamonix, against the Maison des Artistes, you can also enjoy the Cosmojazz village, with its bars, small restaurants and festival merchandising store.
