Home cooking, snacking on the go, a "FIKA" with friends in the afternoon, a warm and natural dinner :
- White ham and red cabbage smorrebrod
- Lamb mouse, dill sauce
- Danish-style fish & chips
- Ballotine of cabbage stuffed with mushrooms
- Cinnamon roll & brown latte
- Cinnamon pudding with rosemary ice cream
- Roasted apple, honey, walnuts, custard
Not forgetting local and traditional specialties such as fondue, raclette or tartiflette, diot-polenta and entrecôte-frittes to delight your taste buds!

Start the day with a generous, full and healthy breakfast, ideal for hitting the slopes, taking part in sporting activities and tackling the summits.
Visit KAFFE & KRO for a sweet and savory buffet breakfast: hot drinks, waffles, pancakes, various breads and pastries, regional dairy products and cold meats, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, raw vegetables...

Open all afternoon and evening, the bar welcomes you in a natural, cocooning atmosphere.
In summer, enjoy your break on the terrace overlooking the Aiguilles de Chamonix.
Coffee & croissant
Every morning, enjoy a coffee and croissant at the bar before starting your day.
Snack break
The bar offers charcuterie and cheese boards between 12:00 and 22:30 for a tasty local break. Your favorite drinks are served continuously throughout the day.
"FIKA" snack break
The bar welcomes you for a sweet break from 12.00 pm to 10.30 pm, on your return from skiing or hiking: the "FIKA" in Nordic countries, the moment when friends get together in the afternoon for a hot drink and cake.
Happy Hour at the FISK BAR
Enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine with a 30% discount from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, accompanied by Scandinavian dishes to share and savor in an enchanted forest or on the terrace facing the surrounding mountains. A happy, friendly place to be!

Nature offers a diversity of products that we source locally and work in the traditional way to bring out their best.
Natural materials invade the restaurant and bar area to reconnect with our environment: mountains, forest and high altitude flora. An inspiring and rejuvenating place.
A gentle way of life
Born on Reunion Island, Nicolas Cegretin inherited his father's love of cooking at an early age. After obtaining his BTH and his diploma from the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française at the Gregoire Ferrandi school, Nicolas consolidated his cooking skills with renowned chefs: Jean Louis Nomicos, Jean Pierre Vigato and Philippe Labbé.
Kaffe & Kro invites you to slow down for a gourmet experience in a soothing atmosphere of forest and elves. A cuisine inspired by Scandinavian culinary art, to enjoy something simple and generous. Local and natural products, preserved and prepared in the traditional way in a comforting atmosphere.
