What time can I get there?

Check-in time is 4pm. However, you are welcome to arrive at any time, and luggage storage is available while you wait for your room to be ready.

Does the hotel have smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is also prohibited in the hotel's public areas, in accordance with national regulations.

Do you have rooms with separate beds?

All our rooms have double beds that can be separated. Please specify when booking at reservation@lykkechamonix.com

Do the rooms have safes?

Yes, our rooms have safes that can hold a laptop.

Is it possible to add a cot in the bedrooms?

It is possible to add a cot in all our rooms. This service is offered free of charge. Please specify when booking at: reservation@lykkechamonix.com.

Do the rooms have special views?

Yes, we have some superior rooms with a view of Mont Blanc. If you'd like to enjoy this unique view, be sure to book the room that mentions it in its title.

What facilities are available in the rooms?

Safe, Nespresso machine, kettle and tea / herbal tea, free wifi, flat-screen TV, bathrobes and slippers on request from reception, toiletries in bathroom (soap and shampoo), hairdryer, separate WC, closet.

What time can I check in?

Check-in time is 4pm. You can arrive at any time, but we cannot guarantee immediate access to your room. A luggage room is at your disposal until it is ready.

What time do I have to vacate the room?

Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. We have a luggage room if you wish to store your belongings during the day.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, only on request when booking at reservation@lykkechamonix.com and subject to availability, and with a supplement, you can occupy your room after 11am (€20 per hour until 3pm, then the full night is charged thereafter) or have guaranteed access to your room before 4pm.

Can I arrive late at night?

Yes, reception is open 24 hours a day.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

What is your cancellation policy?

When booking, please read the terms and conditions carefully. The policy may vary depending on the rate booked and the site on which you are booking.

Where can I find the best prices?

You'll find the best deals, 10% cheaper than online retailers, on the official Lykke Hotel & Spa website by booking direct here.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we accept pets in our rooms and suites. Please specify when booking at reservation@lykkechamonix.com and you will be charged €15 per night per pet. Please note that the wellness and aquatic areas are not accessible to pets.

When do I pay for my stay?

Please read the terms and conditions carefully when booking. Payment may vary depending on the rate booked and the website on which you are booking.

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, you will have to pay the tourist tax of €2.50 per person over 18 per night to the hotel.

What is the hotel's policy on children?

Children are considered adults and must occupy the available bedding. No extra beds are available.

Does the hotel have internet access?

Yes, the hotel has Wi-Fi and high-speed Internet access in both public areas and rooms. This service is free of charge.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 10:30am every day of the week in the hotel's restaurant, Kaffe & Kro.

Is it possible to have specific products for breakfast or dinner?

Yes, if you mention it at the time of booking. We can then accommodate your allergies and intolerances (e.g. gluten-free).

Is it possible to have meals or drinks served in the room?

No, we do not offer room service.

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the hotel is adapted for people with reduced mobility. We have 4 PMR rooms located on the first floor. Please specify this when booking at reservation@lykkechamonix.com.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

No, the hotel does not have air conditioning in either the public areas or the rooms.

Does the hotel have luggage storage?

Yes, the hotel provides free storage for your luggage during the day. If you wish to leave your luggage outside your stay, you can do so for €5 per night per item.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Yes, the hotel's Restaurant Bar Le Kaffe & Kro is open in the evening for dinner and during the day for snacks and drinks.

It offers generous local cuisine inspired by nature.

Is it possible to have flowers or chocolates in the room?

Yes, it's possible to have whatever you want in your room on arrival. However, please specify this when making your reservation at reservation@lykkechamonix.com.

What activities can we do around the hotel?

In summer, you can rent mountain bikes, take a trip to the Mer de Glace, hike the surrounding peaks, go paragliding over the valley, go cliff-climbing...

In winter, you can enjoy the exceptional ski areas of Chamonix and Les Houches, or hurtle down the mythical Vallée Blanche from the summit of the Aiguille du Midi in Chamonix Mont-Blanc.

Our reservations department can organize, book and prepare everything with our local partner, so all you have to do is enjoy!

Can I offer an overnight stay at the Lykke hotel & spa?

Yes, you can offer an overnight stay on half-board basis, a spa treatment or dinner at the hotel restaurant, for example. You can choose and purchase your package online on the website.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, the hotel has a secure underground parking lot with 30 spaces only (including 2 PMR). ATTENTION, maximum height 2.10m. There are 2 entrances, one under each building. This parking lot can be reserved and is subject to a charge (€25 to €30 per night, depending on the season). The Allobroges public outdoor parking lot is 100m from the hotel.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service from Geneva?

Yes, the hotel can organize your transfer by private shuttle from Geneva airport or train station with our partners, on request when booking at reservation@lykkechamonix.com.

How do I get to the hotel?

Access by road: Direct access via Autoroute Blanche (A 40), Geneva/Chamonix. 16km from Switzerland via the Col des Montets and 15km from Italy via the Mont-Blanc Tunnel. From Geneva, Annecy, Albertville, Lyon: Follow the A40 freeway, then the N205: towards Chamonix Mt Blanc, Milan, Turin. On entering Chamonix, at the traffic circle, continue straight ahead on the N 506, following signs for Chamonix Centre and the SNCF train station. At the "déchetterie" roundabout, turn left towards "gare SNCF", then first right and you'll arrive at the hotel.
